The Institute is governed by the Board of Directors in consultation with a group of Fellows who are drawn from all members of the Institute.

The Institute's Articles of Association require the group of Fellows to be consulted on all significant matters which require the decision of the Directors.

The group of Fellows will, in due course, provide the basis for regional Chapters of the Institute.
